Returns and Exchanges for online orders at


Returns by courier are free if a product is defective or was found damaged at reception and reported to courier service same day. Contact us within 3 days of reception of your order to receive your authorization for a free return. Your refund will be processed when the goods have been inspected upon return. If you wish to return a product because it does not suit your needs, the return will be charged to your credit card at the regular shipping cost.




Return in store is free and should be done by bringing the invoice and the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt of your order.




If the product you wish to return is damaged/defective and reported to the store while delivery team was there, we will pick it up at no charge. Should the item simply does not fit to your home return fees will be deducted from your final reimbursement. Return to our store is always free. Some conditions might apply for the return of orders shipped outside of our standard delivery zones.

Once the item(s) is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund less repackaging fees (if applicable), and outbound and return shipping fees.

If damaged/defective product is the part of any room collection, that product will be picked up at no charge and redeliver the new product without any charge. if you decide to return whole collection, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
